A Third of the Way

I am now 35 days in to my 100 Days of Productivity Challenge. That’s over a third of the way! 🙂

While this challenge started as a way for me to force myself to do a tiny something each day (having a number of options to choose from), these days, I am usually doing two or even three of these tasks a day. And I’m really pleased with this progress. 🙂

So, how did I go this week?

  • Finish editing 2nd section of Queen of Hearts

Editing is currently mostly rewriting and revising at the moment but it’s progressing well.

  • Add 20,000 words to Rebellion Rising (and get a better name for it!)
  • Finish writing Enarenel (approx. 10,000 words)

Rebellion Rising and Enarenel have again been set to one side this week. I feel that as I still have over two and a half months to go in this challenge, I can afford to let them rest until I am finished with this round of edits for Queen of Hearts. And I may need to reassess the feasibility of the word counts I initially proposed.

  • Improve my French
  • Expand my Swedish vocabulary & grammar knowledge
  • Get to level 6 on Duolinguo for Spanish

Daily Swedish practice continues. I’ve almost finished the duolingo ‘tree’ and I’ve calculated that if I do four sections a day, I’ll have finished it in 20 days. So I’m adding a new goal for this challenge:

  • Finish Swedish Duolingo tree

  • Go for walks (because gym membership is expensive)

I’ve been spending a lot of time on my feet and wandering around but haven’t been on any exercise focused walks.

  • Find a job

Still looking…

I just wanted to let you know that after a going back through a few of your posts about your 100 Days challenge, I’ve decided to give it a go myself. If I start now, basically one day in every three will see me reach it by the end of the year. Which seems so far off now, but it’s going to be here before we know it.
