I’ve heard a lot of writers swear by their critique partners, crediting them with everything from helping finish their book to fishing their grandmother’s heirloom shawl from a very vicious duck.
All in all, they sound pretty rad so I thought it was about time I made one of these soul-selling pacts myself.
As the name suggests, the partnership is a two-way street so here’s what I can offer you:
- fortnightly feedback (this is all I can promise, but I might be able to be more regular)
- virtual hugs/cookies/tea
- honest critique
- unwavering support
- protection from vicious water birds*
- the chance to name my
firstsecond born child
I’ve been writing for a while now, and editing as a sideline for a couple of years, so I do believe I can help you get your story where it needs to be (if you can do the same for me 🙂 )
